Welcome to Detroit, 2021. The a huge chunk of the human population has been eradicated by a virus called T114. Those that had survived, had succombed to being attacked by the infected humans that lived long enough to spread the virus through bite. Once passed through bite, the virus had become airborne. To cover up their mistake, the government dropped a nuclear bomb on Detroit. Those that survived, the precious few, were killed by radiation sickness. Through the shadows, there are some humans alive, a handful at that, that are not quite normal. The canines built up a immunity to the T114 and are now the ruling species here.
