If he were silver, he'd have a white mane. Black based horses can't hide silver like chestnuts can. Like this silver grullo. Or did you mean the shade? When I see silver on a color I instantly think the silver gene. |

Well I've learned something today xD So yeah, I would have just taken Grullo Frame Overo but silver works also though if someone were to use this horse as a reference I'd rather just see him called a Grullo Frame Overo unless he has a silver gene, then it's okay to have Silver Grullo Frame Overo or whatever xD Jinxx gets 45 points~  Worth 30 points! |

Not Ivory Champagne.
"Although the term "ivory" is still in usage the International Champagne Horse Registry no longer recognises it as is not the result of the Champagne gene on a base color." From a useful little website about horse genetics xD If I shared the link you'd know what it was.
But Ivory Champagne is close. There's a better, more widely-accepted name. |
